Ogden Temple Open House Recieved Over 500,000 Visitors

Last Saturday, September 6th, 2014, the Ogden Temple Open House came to a close, and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints announced that roughly half a million people had visited the temple’s newly renovated walls from August 1, 2014 – September 6, 2014.

The temple was closed in April 2011 for extensive renovation, and now members are preparing for the cultural celebration on Saturday, September 20, and the re-dedication on Sunday, September 21. There will be three sessions broadcast to Latter-day Saint meetinghouses in three Utah areas and congregations in Riverton, Wyoming.
