‘Google-Bombing’ Used to Attack The Church

Millenial Mormons reports that anti-Mormons are attacking the Church by filling Google reviews with negative reviews about Church services and practices. The writers allege that “Google bombs” are coordinated, and that the practice violates Google’s terms of service.

The reviews consist of criticism towards the Church’s practices and beliefs.  Below are a few examples:

“The organization was secretive about the financials. The money could have been developing an unrelated real estate portfolio for all I know.”

“I left when I found out the older-male leaders of the organization were convincing young teenage girls to marry (AKA have sex) with them.”

The first hour consisted of funeral-march like drones sung by mostly elderly people with bad hearing, whiny children, long-winded speakers talking mostly about their family vacations, and only a tiny piece of bread and swallow of room temperature water for a snack.”
