Descriptions:
Why are Mormons (members of the LDS Church) seemingly always happy? Is it possible to be happy all of the time? Dr. Paul Jenkins is known as being ‘pathologically positive’ and rightly so! However, Dr. Jenkins’ life hasn’t been perfect — and certainly has had moments of potential negative reactions. In this episode, Dr. Jenkins shares his thoughts on how to choose positivity. He shares some vulnerable moments in his life where postivity didn’t seem natural but how he found value in looking for the good.
How do you choose happiness in your life?
